Safety Boat Course

Two day course for those who use powerboats to provide support and safety cover for other watersports such as sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. It includes rescue techniques and elements of race management and mark laying.

Course Type : POWERBOAT, Adult Course

Pre-course experience: Competent to Level 2 Powerboat.

Course Content :

Boat handling, rescue techniques for sailing dinghies, windsurfers and canoes, and tows.

Ability After Course : Able to provide safety cover to a range of craft, particularly sailing or windsurfing.

Minimum Duration : Two days.
